Pink Part On Dogs Lower Lip

HAZEL HAZELNUT WITH VEGETABLES AND HERBS Sautee

For: 2 persons
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes


6 mini carrot 1 zucchini 1 small cabbage


100g green beans 2 sprigs parsley 2 sprigs cilantro

4 grass stalks onion
12 hazelnuts
10 cl dry white wine ½ teaspoon curry

½ teaspoon salt ½ pepper mixed

2 tablespoons hazelnut oil (or if it is not peanut oil)

Procedure:
cleaned, washed and drained vegetables.
Wash, dry and chopped herbs. In a
pan with high sides over high heat saute the vegetables with the oil.
dissolve the curry with white wine and add the pepper mixture.
Pour over vegetables, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Then add the herbs and cook for 2 minutes.
Toast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan with high sides.
Before serving add the nuts and sprinkle with a little bit 'of salt.
Enjoy.
