How Do I Wellcome People At A Wedding

Airborne - "No Guts. No Glory" (2010, Roadrunner)

Three years dall'esplosivo debut "Running Wild" (including the first review of the blog), Airborne's return with an album that left me a bit 'so. A small stabbing
only introduces us to the new album of Airborne, which does not disappoint the expectations already dall'opener "Born To Kill", fully in their crude style, widely experienced and uncompromising. "No way But the hard way," first single, is a classic mid-tempo with controcazzi rather nice and engaging. "Blonde, beautiful and bad" looks like a piece of AC / DC from start to finish, not that the others do not amount to AC / DC, but this, the main riff from the chorus seems plagiarism, except that it is totally original. "Raise the flag goes back to the table for you to be more rational" Bottom of the well ". "White Line Fever" is still dirty blues rock of whiskey and blood, but never as "It Is not over till it's over", a song that makes you tiratissima trigger like crazy. "Steel Town" and "chewing 'the fat" do their job, although at this point I started to feel a bit' heavy due to the fact that too many pieces resemble each other. Which can not be said for "Get busy livin '," decidedly higher level. "Armed and Dangerous" is the classic anthem by the chorus that will slaughter live: it reminds me feeling like "Thunderstruck" AC / DC. The "Overdrive" is the speech made earlier about the lack of originality, while "Back the one bottle" turns out to be one of the best episodes of the disc. Lucky that I bought the special limited edition, as well as a corkscrew inutilissimo Airborne (was that necessary?) Will have five more songs to enjoy. "Loaded Gun", "My dynamite will blow you sky high", "Rattle Your Bones" and "Kickin 'it old school" run pleasant and unpretentious, while "Devil's child" is absolutely orgasmic.
clarify one thing: the theme songs are exactly what people wanted from them. Obviously you have a masterpiece in his hands as their debut album, but the disk is absolutely enjoyable. The real problem is that if "Running Wild" is the opportunity of taking weight from AC / DC, but strengthened and taken to the nth degree with 12 tracks of fun in this "No Guts. No Glory." we see a performance first of all a bit 'more dull, repetitive second lot. Not compared to the previous album, I speak of repetition of parts of the disc, as written in the review. The Airborne here are no longer those "AC / DC +" I had adored in 2008, but seem to blatant copying without means more ideas.
In conclusion, disco fun and easy to listen to, perfect to liven up a party. But maybe it would be preferable for the future a bit ' diversity more.

------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------- I would like
apologize to my readers for the long absence, but I had several personal Scazzi which also still no sign of resolve. However I will try to be more present!

Rock on! \\ M / -
