Oily, Itchy, Dandruff



variant of mashed potatoes: the shepherd's pie with mashed meat, etc. .. typical English dish:
Ingredients (Ingredients)
- 450g minced beef chosen
-900g potatoes -
-1 tablespoon tomato paste

-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 onion great

150ml beef stock - 2 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable oil
- salt

freshly ground pepper - 2 tsp mixed spice powder
- 150ml milk

60g butter - 60g cheese

grated Instructions Preheat oven to 180 °
Peel and halve the potatoes, boil in lightly salted water until they become soft
Mash the potatoes, add milk and butter until they turn into a puree with salt to soft
pleasure
Cover the mashed potatoes to keep warm and set aside
Peel and slice the onions
Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and continue on a moderate heat until golden brown
Add the tomato paste, spices, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly
Add the minced beef and continue to run until cooked, add the beef broth and cook for 1-2 minutes still stirring
Put the contents of the pan in a baking dish, cover with a layer of mashed potatoes warm
Sprinkle on grated cheese
Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown
